Unable to login to the Space Engineers control panels
If you have just ordered, please be aware our Space Engineers servers are not instantly available.
We have a 12 hour setup guarantee. All orders will be completed in this time frame although usually it is within the 1-2 hour range. This is advised on our website and any order confirmation you receive from us.
Once your setup is complete you will receive an email from us containing information for your login.
Generally the subject of this email is 'Your Space Engineers server with ServerBlend' or 'Your server with ServerBlend'
If you have not received any details, please check your spam box.
Please also make sure that you are logging into the control panel for you server which is on a domain similar to ny1.serverblend.com but will be individual for your server location. A full list of our Space Engineers control panels are available here.
If you have already got your order details but cannot log-in with them, please note that all fields in the control panel are case sensitive, so try and copy/paste them from the email.
If you have forgotten your log in details or have issues with the details sent to you, please contact us, and we will issue a reset for you.
