In order to change your servers name and your ARK server's MOTD message, follow the steps below.
There are two ways to change your server's name and your server's MOTD message.

Method One:
log in to our TCAdmin panel.
Navigate to your game services and select the server you want to apply these settings on.
Click on Configuration Files.
Next to ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsServer\GameUserSettings.ini, click on configuration editor and check if these settings are in here. If they are, scroll down to "Method Two"

We are always adding settings to our configuration editor, so it is possible that these settings have been added here and therefore the below steps to add it manually via the text editor will not be needed!

If they are not, we can add them via the Text Editor instead. Go back and click on the Text Editor instead.
Scroll down to the end until you see:

[SessionSettings]
SessionName=My new server
MultiHome=193.70.7.15
Port=28045
QueryPort=28045

[MessageOfTheDay]
Message=Welcome to my brand new server!
Duration=20

SessionName= is where you put your servers name and MessageOfTheDay= is where you put the server's MOTD message.

Duration is to set how long you want the message to be visible for players when they join the servers. It's calculated by seconds. Changes will take effect after server restart.

Method Two:
log in to our TCAdmin panel.
Navigate to your game services and select the server you want to apply these settings on.
Click on Configuration Files.
Next to ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsServer\GameUserSettings.ini, click on Configuration Editor.
Under [Server Main Settings] you will find Server Hostname:.
This is where you change the server's name.
Under [Messages Of The Day] you will find MOTD Line which is the message of the day. Edit your Message of the Day and the duration you want it to be visible when a player joins the server then click Save.
